NICO LEE

Every morning I wake up and think, curious... so this is life.

Then I remember that life generally requires more of you than laying flat and breathing slow...

Then I remember I ought to maybe get up and write something about that.

Maybe put in a few jokes about self deception and the ultimate futility of existance?

On that note, published by the lovely people at Mega Dodo Press, 'A Good Lie Ain't Easy' is out soon, and is a heartwarming tale of not staying true to yourself and all the joy that can bring to family and friends.

I'm currently living in England, in an odd little city called Leeds, which I've truly grown to love. That doesn't mean to say that's always going to be the case for me, we'll see how high the creek rises. Spent my youth kicking around in all sorts of bands and doing various arty stuff, and, like a lot of would-be authors, scribbling incomprehensible notes in illegible handwriting on the backs of beer mats. At some point I decided that beer mats weren't the way to go, and started to work on novels, completing several, 'A Good Lie' being the first one that has been accepted to be published.

We'll see where that takes us, shall we...
